Exterior Painting Done Correctly

  • We mask off walkways, plants, electrical panels, pools, etc. to prevent overspray of paint
  • We sand, scrape, brush and hydro-wash wood and stucco to clear dirt and peeling paint
  • We replace any rotted or termite damaged wood and moisture seal
  • We remove gutters, flags, light fixtures, etc. while painting and place back when done
  • We patch gaps and cracks less than 1/8″ with our special patching compound
  • We apply a full primer coat to all surfaces that are being painted
  • We apply the finish coat to the manufacturer’s recommendation
  • We do a complete job site clean-up and haul away any debris
